my divorce has been granted and the judge ruled that my ex should pay my costs. How is this enforced? Its only the court costs of £550. Would ex pay direct to the court? what if he doesnt pay?

Yes, he pays direct to the courts otherwise he'll get a judgement against him and bad credit rating. Not your problem.

Thanks for your reply. I called the court and they said they wouldn't enforce the order it would be down to me to get a solicitor onto it!

as far as I know you need to do it with a D50k form which costs fifty pounds to submit to the court.

It's not that difficult to fill in. Once submitted phone court every week to check progress.
