I filed for divorce online beginning of Jan, applied for DN early Feb and have court date for DN beginning of March. So far I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly things are moving. Once the application has been read out in court I want to apply for a consent order. Ex and I agree on the contents of the order but everything I have read suggests that you need this drafted by a solicitor. Anyone used an online service for this (such as wikidivorce)?
