So I declared my pension in form E and ex's solicitor asked if I had one or two pensions with that provider. I only ever received statements for one pension, so that's what I listed, but on further assessment online, it turns out I have another significant pension sum with that provider 😳 so I'll declare it in the court session but am a bit concerned I'll look disingenuous.
Also, how did she find out? Can I do similar to my ex, I think he might have a pension from another employer but have no paperwork.
