Form E or A?

Is it customary to ask Ex for form E or does it not make sense if he's a pig who likes to delay everything? Ie apply to court right away for full disclosure and get a hearing date? I need to force a sale of the house.

Have you been to mediation?

I'm not sure and have also been trying to work this out.

My husband is the petitioner and I just received a copy of his form A as well as the financial order copy for me to sign and his solicitors will then submit it to the court.

I'm thinking since we both agreed on the financial split, this is all that is needed and hopefully judge will just say yes and we can move on.

I don't know if a form E will still be required in this case... would be great to hear someone else's thoughts.
