How long does (amicable) financial order take?

I've filed for Nisi, been told will be heard in court on 28th January. I'm buying stbxh out of house, by remortgaging. He's using that money as deposit to buy a house, which is in progress. He can't move out until he has bought house (he point blank refuses to rent).

Conveyancer has asked about consent order and said if we were doing that they would transfer house until after that. We haven't applied for consent order, as waiting for nisi. If consent order takes 2-3 months, that would jeopardise house purchase for stbxh. Also I really just want him out of the house.

We are amicable, we've divided everything up (a debt, a car, some camping equipment and the equity). We aren't doing pensions as we both have public sector ones worth about the same.
