I just wondered what a financial disclosure would look like?
I have been separated for a long time from my ex, I'm feeling very anxious about him seeing all of my personal bank statements, will he be able to see where I have been spending money etc?
I am also concerned that he will try and hide an inheritance he received 8 years ago. I only know he got it as I opened a blank statement sent to our old address by mistake. Obviously, this is fraud, and I don't know how to say that I know he got it without saying I opened a bank statement and looking terrible in court.
