Need to apply for online divorce (DV case) and want to apply to have the fee reduced as on low income. So I have completed the EX160 online, but then it gives me a reference number and says my application won't be complete until I have sent off the paperwork. Don't know if I'm being dim but what paperwork? Do I just print off the form instead and fill it in the old-fashioned way? is it not possible to do the whole thing online? Help!
