Medication before or after filing for divorce?

Starting the process of divorcing my husband.

He wants to start mediation but neither of us have filed for divorce yet. There are reasons why this might not be the right time to do this.

I am just wondering whether anyone started (and finished) mediation before filing for divorce?

We did it all before . Haven’t filed for divorce yet. It was painful but a necessary first step.

If he wants to start mediation he needs to go ahead and get it organised. Don't let him use that as an excuse to stall proceedings. You can still file for divorce while he's Organizing the mediation
