I am still leaving with my ex under same roof. Divorce is still not finished. Now he lost his job. However his ne calling and swearing has not stop. This is happening infront of kids. I have called police, involved social workers. But they closed the case. And I cant keep calling police as kids get very nervous. I contacted women aid organisations but nothing is happening. Everyone things it is divorce and we keep complaining about eachother. Truth is we have social worker report been physically abusive to me and our son. But case is closed. Because he was behaving. I can not make people believe thag he is been verbally very abusive... it is extremely stressful, seing him acting like no one can do anything to him. And it is getting worst everyday that he doesn't have shame to swear at me infront of other people. Does anyone know what option do I have? Any organisation I can go? I dont have money to get a court order to move him out of the house.

Can you record his behaviour?

Not easy as it is unpredictable.. Also I have nonbelieve that anyone can do anything about this. It is hard to understand for police and the social worker that it is damaging mentally. And they say that agree on the divorce term and leave him quickly. But it is not easy as it sounds
