My ex withdrew from child arrangements mediation after one session. We are also going through child arrangements in court but there will be no progress for a while as the court is so busy.
He moved out but wants to come back so applied to the court to have me removed from the flat. He also lied in an attempt to get a non mol. The judge wasn't interested in his non mol claims and pushed the occupation hearing back but made it clear that I was not going to be excluded from the property. I am living here with our children.
He was seeing the children twice a week. After the hearing his solicitor sent a nasty letter about child arrangements, I presume because the occupation / non mol hearing didn't go his way.
I replied to say that the way he communicates with me is not polite and to only make allegations against me when he has actual proof. I asked him not to contact me further until his correspondence is constructive.
I didn't respond about child arrangements as their Dad disengaged with mediation, the matter is with the court and he left the flat voluntarily. Can they use it against me? I haven't said he can't see the children.
Their Dad also sent me messages about it but I don't want to directly communicate with him at all after he lied about me harassing him. So I didn't reply.
He is also trying to make arrangements that he sees the children more than he ever did before. I'm also worried because he leaves the children with his friend and has locked them in the car before while he goes to do something.
