After some advice please. CMS have finally set up a schedule of payments. At the moment it is set up as direct pay and they have sent a schedule saying payments are due on the 3rd of each month and the amount due. He has 5 days to pay the amount set. My question is do I just leave this now as the letter also says that as it is direct pay how and when payment is made is decided between us but then they have sent the schedule with dates on so confused!
