I’ve probably had too much to drink.

It’s just been a really hard day. STBXH has been an utter, utter Dick and work has been so challenging.

Continuing to live with each other whilst planning divorce is so hard. I’m exhausted.

I’m dreading telling the kids. I love them so much it hurts. Don’t tell me they need DH equally, they don’t.

So sorry to hear you've had such a shitty day. Try and get some rest and hopefully tomorrow is better.

How old are your DC, are they at all aware of the situation? I have 2, 10 year old who seems to be ok with us divorcing and a 5 y/o who doesnt know yet as we figure out best way to tell her.

Kids are 7 and 10, I have a book about how to tell them but can’t facing reading it.

It’s been such an awful day and I just want some space from STBXH - we are just sick of each other. Due to but a new house so it’ll be a while yet

Hand hold offered here. Going through exactly same with 4 children 10, 7 5 and 3. Waiting to seel the hosue. It's shit. It overwhelms me before bed too as I feel such sadness not about divorcing him as he is a massive dick but at the road ahead. Every fucking day with him is hard.
What I do know 2 months into this is you will have good days and bad and living with someone you don't like is awful.
But tomorrow will Come. a new day and a setp closer to a happier future.
