I've name changed for this. Can anyone tell me how to go about drawing up a Financial Settlement? Lawyer says I can't get the divorce till this is done and I've to draw something up and send it to her to review. I've no idea what to do. I've looked on google and can't see anything much helpful. I'm based in Scotland too, so would be under Scottish laws if that makes a difference.
