Consent orders/absolute Liverpool?

Hi,

I have recently submitted consent orders along with absolute to Liverpool court. Does anyone have info regarding how long I am likely to wait to hear back?

I'm going a bit nuts! This has been such a loooong drawn out process. Mostly because ex-twat had delayed form E, his lawyer was already slow but got so much worse with lockdown, mediation was a drawn out affair etc, etc

Now that it looks like its finally getting resolved, 3 years after separation, I'm just itching to get on with things!

I wish I had an answer for you. I wish I had an answer for me, as my court is in NW as well. I am finding it a struggle to keep going but I am trying. 2 years here. Court has the paperwork and that is all I know. It was submitted about a month ago and since we're not BSE, I am hoping we both hear something sooner than later.

Consent order 4-6 weeks. Current official timeline 6 weeks

@techcorp I hope that's the case here too, as 6 weeks is about now. It has been so difficult just getting here and wanting to get on with my life. Not coping well but trying!

Thanks all for your replies - not quite sure why they didn't show up for me earlier when I went to check for replies but I have just seen them today.

A confession - the orders are not actually in yet (as DV is involved I'm a little paranoid about privacy!) - I just wanted to get an idea about how long wait was and as I thought orders would be submitted within the same week of my original post, I figured it was close enough. How wrong I was!

Ex has not signed the papers (still!!) so it drags on and drags on.... and on....

Cannot wait for DA and the whole grisly matter to be done with. So happy for you @LittleHelpFromMySplitEnds Smile
@techcorp I may just request that from you so I can chase when I do finally get them submitted.
