Asking for a friend whom I'm trying to help prepare for a Cafcass telephone interview in advance of a court hearing. Ex-partner is taking her to court to allege parental alienation and to get 50/50 childcare. There's a history of coercive control, not in the open yet.
Can anyone tell me how this interview is likely to be run? What the questions will be? Working in the dark at the moment. Thank you.
