Address on divorce papers?

I'm waiting for decree absolute, as the respondent I wondered wether I could find my ex partner's address through the divorce service?

He doesn't pay child maintenance as he dissapeared from his child's life completely about a year ago and stopped paying voluntarily toward maintenance.

No address was given and the CMS can't find him, I just wondered wether the divorce service would be allowed to give out the address so I can inform CMS. I don't know wether this is against data protection and it's nowhere on the divorce petition.

If anyone has any advice I would be really greatful!

Do you have a lawyer? I used this a very long time ago. Have finances been dealt with?

Although I’d have thought that CMS probably contacted DSS as part of their attempts.
