Hi I have tried to find Legal Matters but can't for some reason so I hope it's ok to ask on here?

no, I haven't used them but they are recommended by womens aid.

Wikivorce has a good forum too

Coram will give you 30 mins free legal advice over the phone if it's to do with children, families or education. Don't know their number off the top of my head but google it and their website is really informative too.

I won't ring Rights for Women now you've mentioned that they help people who are involved with Women's Aid. It's more a financial thing I'd be querying really.
