Soon to be exh has moved in with his latest girlfriend and her two young children. He is saying he can't see his own children during lockdown (which is not actually government guidance so strange).

I have also found out that he has been suspended from work for allegedly assaulting pupils. Police are investigating. I strongly suspect that the new girlfriend doesn't know this. He wasn't living with her before lockdown and he is able to pretend that he's just not working because of lockdown.

Should she be told? I would want to know if I had just started a relationship with someone under these circumstances.

I think you should stay out of it, no matter your intention you will just come off as the bitter ex trying to cause trouble.
It’s not worth the hassle.

Stay well clear of it all, it has nothing to do with you. Don't give him any ammunition for his tales of the twisted vindictive ex wife, which he would then use to help forge the two of them into a united couple.

Even though it might well be true, you’ll come across as the bitter, psycho, jealous ex if you tell her.

If you think the children of the new woman could be in harmed, maybe you / a friend report to social services to look into. Especially if he shouldn't be around children pending investigation. You should be glad he is not seeing your lo's if he is being investigated for assault.
