Occupation Order

Hi has anyone ever applied for an occupation order after they have moved out ?

I had to move out of the family home with my 3 children due to DV and now need to move again from our temporary accommodation.

We all moved out quickly as STBEXH refused.

With the lockdown we cannot look at anywhere new and the only thing I can think to do is move back into the family home but it won't work with him there.

Just wondering how successful this will be as even solicitor not sure.

I asked about this earlier in Legal Matters, I'm in a similar situation. I didn't get far though, so back to my solicitor I go! Good luck

Hiya,
I had an appointment with a solicitor and while she thinks I would have a very good chance normally, with the lockdown she says judges are not ordering people out because of the risks.
She advised me to wait a few weeks till the policy is relaxed somewhat. In the meantime she is writing to my Ex to see if a strongly worded letter has any effect.
Maybe something to take into account.
