Feeling overwhelmed and depressed

I am in the early stages of divorce. I have filed petition and my ex is currently living at his mums. We have had one session of mediation which was a disaster. He is incredibly angry and bitter. Whilst we are in agreement over access to our 3 DC money is another issue. I work locally 30 hours a week which fit in well with kids and school. It is low paid. He earns £80k and works long hours. We have about £400,00 equity in the house - I am looking at downsizing and moving to a cheaper area and have suggested he gets a flat with a small mortgage. His future earnings are significantly higher than mine and he gets decent bonuses. He is being totally unreasonable about money - he expects me to get a full time better paid job and a mortgage. This would not be in the kids interest (our eldest has mental health issues). He seems to be punishing me rather than thinking of kids best interest. I have a huge amount of credit card debt (in my name) and am living in my overdraft. It’s half term and I have no money to do anything- I feel so miserable and can’t see how this is ever going to end.
