After finding out my husband had been lying to me for most our marriage, I asked him to move out and he has since been living with his parents over 2 hours away. We are in the process of divorcing. So far I have had the children all week and every other weekend. I would love for him to see more of them during the week but until he finds somewhere to live close by this isn’t possible.
Last week he fairly strongly suggested that he should spend one of his weekends a month in my home and that I should go elsewhere.
I disagree for several reasons, mainly because I think it would confuse the children having him at home again and may give them false hope of our reconciliation. I also feel it is encroaching on my privacy.
Am I being fair?

Yes your being fair, he can get an air bnb and if you look for places in your area you will no doubt find them he just wants convenience
