[Hmmmiwonderwhy]

This week my ex has threatened to get the children 50% of them time. Totally no thought to what is best for them and having previously done less than 5%....

The children both have additional needs that he has never sorted anything out for!

Can anyone that has been in this position please give me any advice?

Is it possible for him to learn to take care of the kids half the term ?

What is he like as a father ?

He's useless and they both dislike him....

How old are the kids? Is this something he can go for as a right as that's starting point or are they old enough to get a say? Often this is all about not paying maintenance but it may work andhe may step up to the plate...
