How long did it take?

I'm filing this week, and I'm a little paranoid. He has been volatile (not physically abusive though), horrible while drunk, no sex for 2 years then suddenly begging and forcing me to have sex (I didnt give in and cried all night instead), told me no court will let me have my DD because I have PND and that means I'm too crazy to be a mother.
But will these be good enough reasons to cite?
I dont love this man, we are now amicable, still living in the same house but separate bedrooms, we only ever talk or do stuff that regards DD, have separate social lives.
Will this fly in court?

Sorry to add, how long would it take if these reasons are even accepted.
Like I cannot possibly be in this marriage when we dont even love one another.

I would go to a solicitor that offers 30mins free advice and they will be able to answer your questions. Hope you get sorted x

My stbxh held that one over me for years. Even told the school I had been sectioned when I finally left. Transpires it was just one small part of his control and total rubbish. But the courts will limit access if you are severe enough to be sectioned and in a mental hospital.
