Dirty divorce

We are going ahead with divorce. We have a joint mortgage and own house jointly. He has given me two months to move out (as will he). We will sell the house. He says if I don't move out he will not allow the nanny or cleaner in and that will force me to quit my job and stay at home. I am calling my lawyer on Monday, but has anyone dealt with this level of crazy? We have an 18 month old. I want to stay until the house is sold and don't have a problem with him staying.

What an idiot. Get an occupation order to stay in the house and call the police if he obstructs the nanny entrance.
