I will need to change the name on our home when I buy my husband out.
I have been quoted £500-£600 from a solicitor to undertake a "transfer of Equity".
Are there any other costs involved with this ?
I am presuming that this will need to be done before he purchases a new home otherwise his new home will be treated as a 2nd property ?
Is there anything else I need to be aware of ? Thanks in advance for any advice.
