Hi all, I have petitioned for divorce, my ex has agreed (it's not amicable at all but he knows he can't fight it.) He has returned his paperwork and it's now lodged with the court for announcement of decree nisi. We have both filled out form E and are awaiting exchange from our solicitors.
What happened with the exchange? Does one side make an offer of what is feasible and the other agree/disagree? What exactly is decided on -pensions, house - does maintaince come into it? Maintance depends on how much contact with kids so when is this decided? We dont communicate at all but are still in same house and I want to push it forward so just wondering what the process/time scale is. Thanks xx
