Quick question re CMS

If someone has no income nor benefits and a CMS claim is lodged, does the claim stay "on hold" until they have income, or is the whole claim cancelled and has to be started again at a later date?

… though given their likely level of efficiency, if you are able to send a 'reminder' at some point that would be sensible!
