Ex contacting work - harassment?

My ex has rang my work (didn't get past the secretary) and I'm told she disclosed information about the divorce (and possibly allegations towards me). She also asked to obtain confidential documents which were obviously denied.

I have written to her reminding her this is inappropriate and it must not happen again. I didn't get a response.

I worried that she will do this again and I my affect my image at work - especially relating to allegations. So I'm thinking about writing to her solicitor to reiterating that this must stop and if it continues I'll apply for a Non Molestation Order.

Is this a reasonable and the most affective response?

Definitely write to her solicitor, and ensure the secretary makes a detailed note of the call.

If she won't stop then you could consider a non mol, yes. But take advice first.

Are you not represented?

No, I'm not represented.

I just hope a one off email would put an end to this particular matter. Or if it doesn't I'd need to consider my options from there.
