My Ex, now living and working abroad, has refused to pay the financial settlement agreed upon our divorce. I have no address for him apart from knowing the country he is living and working in. He has also covered his tracks with regard to being paid by the non-UK branch of his company, etc. I have tried various avenues, including bank & wage arrestments but keep hitting a brick wall. Any suggestons welcome. (Scottish based).
