Hello. I think my husband is arranging a mediation hearing. Im not sure, I just know he went to a solicitor over a week ago and said, 'this divorce isn't going to be as easy as you think'. We were not going to include solicitors, but I took half of the money in my ISA and put it in a different account and he is now kicking off.
My question, though is this
I am leaving the country for 3 months in two weeks. What happens if I can't attend an appointment? Can I schedule it around me.
