Hi guys i wonder if anyone can help. My partner has been separated from her ex for 7 years now but still not legally divorced. She bought him out of the house many years ago so she owns it 100% however she hasn’t changed her will since they separated. If anything was to happen to her would he automatically take the house or would it go to her oldest child, her next of kin?
