What do I do now? I think there is a legal way to get him to fill it in but will I have to go to court to do this? Thanks

Have you issued form A yet?

I have sent him (via my solicitor) the divorce petition - is this what you mean? He initially didn't agree with the grounds but then reluctantly agreed.

Can anyone help?

Well, you need to get your petition issued first.

After that, you need to issue form A. The Court will then order you both to file form E by a specified date.

I was in the same position and what worked for me was I wrote and told him that my solicitor had advised that the only way to proceed would be to take him to court (to get him to do it) and I would do that. 1st step of that is the form A as far as I know. I did this to try and keep costs down. Used my solicitor for advice and wrote letters etc myself. Initially my solicitor wrote over and over again and it got me nowhere (apart from a reduced bank balance!) You could give him a deadline too. Might you qualify for legal aid? I assume you would rather not go to court? Do feel free to msg me if you like.
