So my solicitor has sent me my final draft, obviously the liabilities (ie debts) are continually changing so what was right when I saw her a month ago will have changed, also she hasn’t completing any of his figures ie Salary or commitments even though we discussed them, is this normal? If it is correct from when I saw her is that ok?

Been there. By time final hearing came around the Form E's were a year out of date and worthless in my view as some many things had changed. Ex had become unemployed, daughter had passed 18, property had gone down in value, savings depleted due to ongoing legal costs, etc,

I suggested that both of us prepare new Form E's, but both solicitors said no.

Judge spent more time crossing out things out on Form E and replacing them with current information than anything else.
