Just looking for a bit of advice

Stbxh wants me to buy him out of property. We have three children, I have full custody. Is it likely to be 50/50 split?

Will depend on length of marriage, equity, earnings now and potential etc

No one here will be able to tell you based on what you’ve posted

However if you have primary care and residency of the children ( under 18) their need for housing will take priority so it could lead to unequal split

I got 2/3s of the equity with 2 children (7 & 8) - and that was over 30 years ago so probably not relevant.
