Hello a friend of mine is getting divorced ( not unhappy with this) , her husband has petitioned for the divorce with financial settlement but they cannot sell the house , (well they probably could if it was knocked down) . My question is this, if the first stage of the divorce has gone through and they cannot reach an agreement what happens ? Will a judge decide ?
