Husband has been ignoring the fact the I want a divorce for over 12 months. He refused mediation and knew that I went. I've just submitted Form C100 Form 1 to the court with the help of a mediator.

Do you think it wise I warn him that he will get a call from Cafcass re the safeguarding check.

He doesn't have a clue about any of the stages of divorce - he's just buried his head in sand about it all.

Probably courtesy to tell him but depends how you think he will react. Will it work in your favour or not?
If he has stuck his head in the sand this long, prepare yourself for the fact he may continue to do so ..
