Confusion

I'm 20 years old and married the so called "love of my life" when I was 18 one child and another on the way and he has disappeared. When I say disappeared I mean gone. He's moved house his number is still going through however when he sees it's me calling he ends the phone call on me! There is no explanation but things got hard and he ran? I mean I'm not even heartbroken I haven't got time to be I don't think it has hit me that he's left. We have a son together and I'm currently 3 months pregnant. I am confused and traumatised by his behaviour.

Sorry to hear that. When you say he's moved house do you mean he's left you & moved somewhere else or was he not living with you & he's moved from there..?

Has he said why he's done this...??

How old is he? It could be the cowardly act of someone who can't say he needs to move on, has realised he lost his youth and freedom and wants it back etc. Or if as your post suggests he never lived with you, possibly someone who fled a bad situation at home that also caused his phone to be cut off.

He may have blocked you or someone else may have done it.
Without more information it is really hard to say.
