Divorce Process - what order do I complete it in?

Hello, Thanks in advance. Stbx has agreed to divorce after 2years separation. Finances amicably sorted out 2 year's ago. Children Adults.
Question is, so I complete online Application for divorce D8 first, get decree nisi, then do Clean Break order, then decree absolute?
The reason I ask is that page 13, 10.1 of Application D8 states, if I answer yes to 'Do I Want a Financial Order? then the court will take no action at this stage.'
What do they mean by no action? I won't get decree nisi?
D81 says 'order cannot be made until court has pronounced decree nisi'
Thoroughly confused!

Take no action means that by answering yes you aren't that moment applying for a financial remedy order but may want to do so in the future. Tick yes.
