Hi
Has anyone used wikivorce? Any thoughts. It looks good but I don't want to make a mistake! Amicable split with ex. Been separated since early Nov and have been able to agree on everything so far without solicitors but I still want to legally protect everything we've agreed.
Any experiences to share would be great.
Thanks.

You are best of asking friends and acquaintances for their solicitor. Then make sure that solicitor is a member of Resolution.

I've recently used them and think that they are really great and cheap.

I'm doing a solicitor managed divorce and consent order package through Wikivorce.for £295 plus court fees £550 and I think £100 for the financial /consent order. We are also amicable and straight forward. It's the consent order that really needs to be done right, to nail down your financial agreement, so I'm using solicitors. I would rush to see a 'real' solicitor if things got awkward.
