Me and My Ex have are mediation in a few weeks, has anyone got any tips on how to prepare for it?

The first meeting will set out all the documentation you both need to provide for the second meeting. The trouble i found is the mediator won't give any opinion on anything whether one side is being unrealistic etc. So unless you are extremely amicable you won't get very far. Try and identify this early to save money.
I went from this to Solicitor led Shuttle Mediation which worked far better for me. This is where you each have a solicitor and the mediator is also a solicitor.

Prepare mentally or logically? Just have all your documents that you think are relevant sorted then have a sheet detailing what you are discussing i.,e. if child arrangements, what current situation is and what you want from it, for money what the current state is, what you believe you need in future and how you think you can achieve that through splitting the assets or whatever. Something you can refer to with the mediator and also backed up with some clear facts
