Just looking for some experiences please.
So my Nisi got read out last week (after a 5.5 month wait) the whole process has taken almost a year and we are a straight forward case with neither parties causing any hold up!
Not 100% sure if my online case has gone to Bury or still with East Mids.
The consent order was sent off last Thursday. Simple 60/40 equity split. He stays in marital home, I haven't claimed pensions or spousal maintenance although he is paying child maintenance (DD is with me full time) That's it.
How long did you have to wait? I am desperate for this payout. My having to flee has put me in so much debt and I am now paying out more than I earn. I just cannot wait to clear these debts!!
I am hoping I get it by August without any hiccups!
