Hello,

My ex and I were together a long time and have a teenage dd. I found out he had a porn addiction which had literally taken over his life we seperated. Our divorce came through 2 months ago but we havent sorted financials. To my shock he stopped paying the mortgage end of last year (he lived rent free with his mum) he didnt tell me but has tried to get me to leave our family home since last yr. 2 months ago I get a letter from his solicitor telling me he stopped paying the morgage and that I had to agree to put the house on the market. I was given advice from a previous solicitor saying I could stay here till dd was 18 up until that point were I went to a new solicitor who told me that wasnt the case and that they cant help or deal with possession just divorce. Stbx saw the lenders and told my solicitor he would be in contact after appointment. That was over a month ago and only now I"m learning from his solicitor that the lenders have started proceedings and that I should have received letters from the lender. Sorry need to point out my names not on mortgage. All letters go to my ex! Ive not received any letters about possession!
I had actually messaged ex 2 weeks ago asking what will happen and no reply.

He has not seen his dd in nearly 2 years. She rang him which I was in the room and then days later I get a solicitors email from his saying he accused his own dd of threatening to kill him! When I messaged him about it he said " I have not once accused her of threatening to kill me" I said well you have because your solicitor has rang mine. Anyway luckily kept the text.
I am worried now that we will be evicted at any point, without knowledge because I've not received a letter.

Also my solicitor said about going through mediation and form e due to my ex saying there was only the house ...yet I knew he had pensions. I'm regretting that now. This has dragged me down so much ..its been years of hell i want it over.

Is there any point to form e anyway if the house will be repossesed? Luckily I have somewhere to go now but it needs carpetting first and not packed as this has all happened the last few days.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to spend thousands on this because ill be broke x
