Ex patner has submitted a late appeal to the CMS. I have a letter stating that it will proceed unless I can challenge the validity in 14 days. Im not too sure how to go about doing so. Any ideas?

What is he appealing? You need to either provide proof. Or offer a statement to why cms should change the agreement. Or keep the agreement. Depending on which side you are on. My appeal is being processed now after 5 months waiting. I got my mp involved. Nothing happens quickly.

Your posts are quite cryptic so it is hard for anyone to help you.

Child arrangements are done for the best interests of the child. If her father has never abused her - it doesn't matter about you- and is able to show that he can take care of her then unless you have a good arguement why not he will be awarded some care of her.

The best thing for you to do is post more information so people can help you as he could turn up represented with anyone from a Mackenzie friend to barrister to argue that care should be anything from slightly more than what it is now to 50/50 or 90/10.

You also need to explain why he hasn't gone to mediation first.
