Decree nisi confusion

I am just filling in my application form for a decree nisi. It's pretty straight forward apart from one little box at the top which asks for Fee charged/Remission id. I am eligible for help as I am on a low income. Is the HWF ref the number I put in this box or do I leave it blank?
