Hi. My friend separated from his wife Nov 2018... her choice, not his.
They own a business which is a limited company... he has a 60% share, she has 40%. They also own a house which is mortgaged.
He met someone at the end of January. His ex wife doesn't know about his new partner yet. His ex wife isn't being very fair with regards to money and their possessions etc.
Here are my questions...
- Is she allowed to come and go from their marital home as she pleases? She moved out and rented a new property, but still comes and goes from the family home as she pleases.
- If she finds out about her ex husbands new partner, could this have financial implications for him? Could she ask for more money in the separation agreement as she could claim adultery?
