Living apart more than 2 years
All assets split at the time - house sold, savings split, debts repaid.

I want a clean break order as minimum. Will we need a form E ?

Also what part of the process do we create the clean break order ?

Has anyone used the online divorce form on gov website ?

You need a consent order, signed off by a judge, but don't need to fill in form E to get that. Cannot be done/completed until after decree nisi; best done before decree absolute, but can be after. Lots of infor on-line.

@daughtersmother thank you.

Form E looks hideous!
