Unreasonable behaviour?

My solicitor has asked for 6 examples of unreasonable behaviour. Can people give me examples of the sort of thing that would be appropriate. Ideally I'd like to keep things factual so that he can agree without any more bad blood. I found evidence of him starting a relationship with another woman from his work on Facebook who he admitted he had kissed at a works do and subsequently met at a car park, he then joined an online dating website before moving out of the family home and has subsequently dated several women but before this I can't pin down any examples of clear cut facts, just subjective opinions about behaviour.

1. Starting a relationship with a woman on Facebook. (Do you have evidence?)
2. Admitting to kissing the woman at a work do.
3. Joining a dating website.

4-6(?) Dating 3 other women?

I think you can break all that down (rather than seeing it as one thing) to clear cut examples that show it is intolerable for you to remain married to him. It’s definitely a pattern of behaviour, and one you can totally call unreasonable behaviour when married.

I personally can't see that making 6 counts of unreasonable behaviour.....

1. inappropriate relationship with another woman

Are there any things about him which really get your back up?

I used snoring that kept me from sleeping as one example

Lies throughout the marriage
Lack of help around the home.....

Anything really that annoys you about him!

If your partner wants out then maybe he will accept whatever you say just to get it over with quick.

As PP says unreasonable behaviour can be anything that annoys you and makes it no longer possible for you to live with your partner.

No need to start naming people.

As others have said

1. The Respondent has formed an improper relationship with another person during the marriage
2. Joined a dating website and dating multiple other persons
3. Spouse not wanting to engage in any sexual relations
4. Live separate lives in the home and no longer eat together or undertake household tasks for the other person and live in separate rooms
5. Lack of emotional support
6. Respondent is unwilling to talk about the problems within the marriage

1. Thinks Nando's is a proper restaurant.
2. Refuses to clean his own appalling skid marks.
3. Does not know the difference between while and whilst.
4. Farts loudly and thinks it's hilarious.
5. His lips move when he reads and he makes mumbling noises.
6. Likes to dress up in women's clothes at the weekend.

Sorry (really) - I shouldn't have been flippant. Divorce is bloody horrible.

I used examples such as:

• Wouldn't help with housework
• Was rude to my family members
• Left all childcare to me
• Didn't do laundry

Etc.

If you were both working a reasonable comment. However, if you were homemaker then less so.

Was rude to my family members

Weak. My parents siblings and parents never hit it off. Parents have been married 55 years.

Left all childcare to me

Same as first comment

Didn't do laundry

Same as first comment.

However, if the other partner does not object you can anything

Try to give dates and specific examples.
