Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone else has received this letter and could answer a few questions. What does it mean 😂

Can I apply for my decree absolute from the 21st of January or do I have to wait the 6 weeks and 1 day from the 21st of Jan?

Why is there two dates? The 28th of November and 21st of Jan

Any help would be brilliant thanks in advance! 😊

The first date is when they agreed you’re entitled to a divorce. The next date in jan is when it gets pronounced in court and then the waiting period starts so you’ll be apply to apply for the absolute 6 wks +1 day later
