I have just received my form E from my exs lawyer. It appears that instead of using his on account, he is using his business (which he jointl owns) as his means of spending. Claiming he is unemployed however still using it to pay for his food bills, gym classes and for his holidays. I just wondering if the court will be able so see which is pretty clear or will they consider it as business expenses. He is also claiming that he is to sick to work yet posting on social media that he is in his shop.
From the account there is a mass of which can only be considered as personal or social expenses.
I was just wondering if anyone else has been through similar?
