Hi, I’m after some advice regarding a court order to pay half the divorce costs. Apparently my stbeh has no money despite agreeing to pay half constantly upon return of the acknowledgement of service which has been signed and sealed by the court judge. He’s lying about not having funds - what are my options for getting back my outlay? It seems very unfair that I’ve had to foot the bill for the whole divorce as a single mother with two children to support.
